Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Great Value All-Purpose White Flour
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Great Value Unsalted Butter room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Kellogg’s Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 package Great Value Oatmeal Muffin Mix batter prepared
  • 1/2 Red Delicious Apple diced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and set rack to center. Line a muffin pan with papers or spray with non-stick canola oil spray; set aside.
  2. For the streusel, combine flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon using a fork until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add the Rice Krispies and combine together using fingertips. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the muffin mix according to package directions for making 1/2 the package. Fold in the diced apple when batter is ready.
  4. Divide batter evenly amongst 12 prepared muffin cups.
  5. Divide the streusel evenly over top of the muffins.
  6. Bake in center of oven for 18-22 minutes. Cool completely before removing from muffin pan.
