Ingredients
  • 8 cups whole milk {you can also use 2% if you'd like}
  • 4 long cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp salt
  • whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a slow cooker, add milk and cinnamon sticks; cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Remove cinnamon sticks and discard. Add white chocolate chips, brown sugar, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and salt. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Remove lid, whisk to combine and continue until chocolate is melted. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes on low.
  2. Remove lid and whisk to combine. Serve in mugs and top with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired but highly recommended.
  3. Enjoy!
