Breakfast Power Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup frozen berries
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 50 ml Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
  • 4 tbsp plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups Spinach
Instructions
  1. Add frozen berries and water into a blender or bullet.
  2. Cook for 20 seconds in a microwave to defrost the berries a little
  3. Add Simply Egg Whites, Yogurt, Chia seeds, Flax Seeds and Spinach.
  4. If using a bullet, shake the canister {with lid on}, to mix a little for easier blending
  5. Blend until everything is smooth
  6. Enjoy!
