  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/8 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/8 cup butter, melted
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • parsley for garnish, optional
  1. preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. toss chicken wings in oil and place them on the parchment paper, making sure they don't overlap. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy

  3. Remove cooked wings from the oven. In a small bowl, melt the butter using a microwave. add in the the seasoning and mix. 

  4. Turn the oven to broil. Brush each wing liberally with the seasoned butter. Broil for 1 minute, then turn each wing, brush again and broil for another minute. 

  5. Serve immediately with parsley as a garnish if you so choose. Enjoy!
