I know most recipes will just take the taco seasoning, but the sauce really brings it to the next level. Old El Paso makes this sauce, and sometimes the jar will say ‘taco sauce salsa’. Give it a quick online search if you haven’t used the product before, so you know what you are looking for.

  1. I was surprised that the ground beef was made with taco seasoning, I once had a toco soup at a restaurant and it was amazing! I think this may be very close to that. Pin for me to try out. Thanks!

  2. This sounds very similar to my chili. There are a couple of extras here that I will try out next time I make chili. We usually make chili with wild game (moose, venison or caribou) so it tastes different every time.

  3. It looks very close to my chili recipe, except for that taco sauce. Maybe it will improve my chili too, have to try.

  4. I really like that this can be made in the slow cooker. Just need to brown the beef and fry up the onions in a skillet first then place all ingredients into slow cooker.

  5. Hi I was wondering if the 14oz can of green chiles is correct. I’ve never seen a 14oz can. Thank you in advance!
