Oh I will be saving these recipes. Love watermelon, although if you have any tips for picking out a good one let me know. I look for heavy and ones with that brown veining on the skin. (read that somewhere, although can’t remember where or why it is. lol) My fave is watermelon with a hunk of feta. 🙂
