Is it just me or does January seem to be two months long? After such a busy and hectic holiday season, January is the sudden-stop month where we try and shake that frazzled feeling. The weather is dull, the excitement is low, and right now we’re coasting while waiting for spring.

Rather than simply coast through, use this time to commit to {small} new habits to help you look and feel great. Right now I’m focusing on that water intake, and trying to win the battle against dry skin. My hands and lips are especially bad right now, and while it may seem trivial – little self-care attention really does go a long way in making you feel great on a daily basis.

Here are some Daily Tips to Look and Feel Great in 2017:

  • Stay Hydrated
    • One of the simplest fixes you can make to your beauty routine is to swap out pop for water. Experts say drinking water can help prevent dehydration-induced wrinkles.
    • TIP: Try setting reminders in your calendar to fill up your glass with water every couple hours. Give it a couple weeks, and it will become routine!
  • Stay Moisturized
    • Silky smooth skin is the first step in a beauty routine. The Dermal Therapy line of moisturizers helps restore your skin’s moisture with elements similar to those found naturally in healthy skin.
