When time allows, I love making these Easy Breakfast Sandwiches in the morning. It beats the usual rut and is so healthy.

It’s simple to switch up the ordinary with some easy swaps, even using Strawberry Chia Seed Jam versus the usual peanut butter.

I have never thought of putting fruit on bread but this looks really tempting. It was interesting to read about pulses, never heard of them before and good that Country Harvest is incorporating them in bread, a good way to get them into your diet.
