So, we are now well into 2015, time to check in and see how those resolutions are going!
While I didn’t technically make resolutions this year, I did set out to make a bunch of some small changes for the better. I am very proud of myself this year, since I’m still holding strong and it’s March! I’m very determined to make 2015 the year of change, and all for the better. I’m making it a year for me!
Perhaps you also want to make this the year the one that you overcome challenges, achieve the unexpected, build new relationships or even rehash old ones. Rather than be so hard on yourself, make each day one for new beginnings and a whole new chance to improve your day-to-day habits.
The difference lies in the small steps you make for the better. I like to think of it as not climbing a mountain but putting one foot in front of the other, and you will get closer. You needn’t drastically change your entire diet, but a few swaps and smart choices is the way to go.
Likewise, it’s the small products and helpful items that cheer you on, as you make those small changes.
