New Club House Skillet Sauces

A friend and myself joke {or is it a joke} that we live by the 30 minute rule. Get home from school and we have 30 minutes to get ready and out the door. Arrive back home and have 30 minutes to cook dinner, then 30 minutes to clean up and get ready, and then out the door to the next activity. Then, back home with 30 minutes of homework before bedtime routine starts – which usually takes about 30 minutes.

Rinse and repeat.

Here on My Organized Chaos I talk a lot about easy quick meal solutions. How could I not? With work, school events, dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading – my time for cooking is usually very limited. Sound familiar? I know many are caught in this struggle of wanting a delicious and creative meal, with little time to do so.

So, as part of mine {and your} solution, let me introduce the NEW Club House Skillet Sauces, available in six delicious flavours:

  • Fajita with Roasted Chili, Garlic & Lime Skillet Sauce
  • Fire Roasted Garlic Chili Skillet Sauce
  • Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry Skillet Sauce
  • Sicilian Chicken with Tomato, Basil & Garlic Skillet Sauce
  • Smoky Applewood BBQ Chicken with Bacon Skillet Sauce
  • Sweet & Smoky Sloppy Joes Skillet Sauce
  • Taco with Chipotle & Garlic Skillet Sauce

Each of these sauces has a signature recipe on the packet, using only a few ingredients. This simplicity creates an easy meal with huge taste in just under 30 minutes.

The thing I love most about Club House Skillet Sauces {aside from the incredible ease}, is the flavour. We all know and love Club House spices, yet the skillet sauces perfectly combine the correct combinations of Club House herbs and spices to create a sauce that makes for a beautiful meal. No guessing involved and no chance of leaving a key spice or herb out – it’s perfection, bundled up in one package for convenience.

These skillet sauces make it so easy to add a flavourful twist to you family’s favourites – just Tear, Pour, Enjoy!

I recently tried two varieties which my family gobbled up quickly. The first is the Sicilian Chicken with Tomato and Herbs. Talk about a whole new flavour for a chicken dish! Very distinct and unique!

The package suggests combining the chicken with mushrooms and peppers, though you could omit or add another veggie of your choosing. That’s right, you just need the sauce and 3 ingredients – impressive! We even had enough for leftovers the next night, so bonus points for giving us two days of easy meals!

I served our Sicilian Chicken with Tomato and Herbs Skillet Sauce {ready in under 30 minutes!} with a side caesar salad, yet you could use tortillas and make a delicious wrap with them. That’s my plan for next time I make this flavour, and I’d like to take credit for that, yet it was my children that suggested it. Them planning for the next time? That shows they can’t wait to have this again.

Next, I tried the Chili with Roasted Garlic, and well, there’s a story behind this one. So you’ll have to pop over for a read about this particular Skillet Sauce PLUS my little change on the package directions.

Don’t forget to head over to Flavour.ca where you can get some recipe inspiration using Club House Skillet Sauces.

TO PURCHASE: Get Club House Skillet Sauces in Canadian grocers and stores, wherever your favourite Club House Spices are sold. I’ve spotted them in a couple stores, on a shelf right below the Club House spices! They are a great price too, even when not on sale, which makes making those easy and delicious meals – even better!
