The New Circulon Prime Cookware

For years we got away with mismatched, low quality cookware for our new home. In the beginning, changes were aplenty and I just needed something to cook with. Yet, experience and time in the kitchen has taught me that cooking does require some steadfast and dependable tools – to get the job done correctly and efficiently. And yes, the taste can depend on it.

Plus, I recently got a new Induction Oven, so now I’ve once again been on the hunt for a complete set of high-quality cookware. Circulon just released their new and impressive Prime cookware, available exclusively at Canadian Tire.

Stylish and both functional, theirs feature a special non-stick system of high and low grooves that increases the durability of the non-stick surface. The system promotes a healthy lifestyle by delivering high performance food release without the need to cook with oils and fats.

This means you can use metal utensils when using, and it won’t harm the cookware. As well, each pan is induction cooktop suitable, oven and dishwasher safe, and comes with a lifetime guarantee.

The collection includes skillets and roasters of which I had the pleasure of using in my home lately. I used the roaster with rack for the first time, when cooking a whole chicken. Solid and durable but not too heavy, this pan is now one of my favourites.

I love being able to cook meats with the rack, to not only prevent the bottom of the foods from getting greasy and sloppy – but it also helps when taking it out of the pan in one piece. Plus it’s nonstick, inside and out, whcih makes it so easy to clean.

The Circulon Prime Griddle is another product which I use a lot, especially since we are a family of 5. For instance, when cooking pancakes – it always took forever to cook in frying pans on the stove. Using the griddle allows me to cook more at a time and thus, we can eat all together and not in stages.

The Griddle has a 3-Layer Total Non-Stick System, can be immersed in water when cleaning and has such a large cooking surface. This has been great to use for weekend brunches and cooking breakfasts. You can literally cook eggs, sausages and bacon on this one griddle!

The new Circulon Prime collection has fantastic features that any home would appreciate!

I’ve seen these advertised on television. I would like to get one of the frying pans or the griddle.

I have been wanting to try non-stick again. I use olive oil a lot in my cooking and while healthier than other fats, I would still like to cut down on using it. Knowing that I can use metal utensils without fear of the coating being removed into my food makes me want to try this. Great review on what looks to be an amazing product!
