Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread is a great fall loaf recipe that uses pumpkin puree and key common ingredients most have on hand. Pumpkin all the things!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Through the year I make a lot of Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Loaves, so changing it up and making some Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread is a welcome addition to the Fall season. Then when it’s winter, I’m all about this Cranberry Eggnog Bread. YUM!

Also try these Mini Pumpkin Pies!

I set out this season to make more recipes with pumpkin, asking friends for their favourite recipes to try. I wanted to increase the ‘pumpkin’ collection in my recipe box, thinking it will perhaps will decrease the amount of Pumpkin Spice Lattes that I make at home.

When really, it doesn’t. I can’t stop the lattes! Especially when I make my Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer.

I also love incorporating seasonal foods with breakfasts, like these Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Muffins. This recipe along with these muffins, are my kids favourite fall breakfasts before they go off to school.

So, a friend sent me a recipe to try for Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread, though it was more of a ‘I don’t bake so can you make this for me?’ request. What can I say, I’m a dedicated friend, so I made it that day actually.

This Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread is really easy to make, it uses canned pumpkin puree and a few key ingredients that you most likely have on hand at all times.

I also used the jumbo chocolate chips because, well, chocolate. All the chocolate.

Mmmm, pumpkin all the things!
