January 2014 highlights were teaching the twins to skate, swimming lessons and a Cheerleading competition in Edmonton. Month In Photos

I actually didn’t take as many photos in January compared to previous months. I have to keep in mind that some of the best moments to remember are the usual/ordinary ones. For instance, the photos of the twins on the couch – they were simply in a daze watching a movie and cuddling.

Quiet perfect times in our life when there is no special event, just a captured moment of life. That is my photo-goal for this year.

I hope everyone is staying warm and had a wonderful 1st month of 2014!

.

If you have a Month in Photos post for January 2014, leave the link in the comments. Don’t forget to print each month off and by years end you’ll have a year in photos for an album, without much effort required.

Wonderful photos. Yes, the ordinary moments are special too (in some ways even more special than the big events).

I love how some people are right into taking pictures of friends and family. Then in the future you can just pull out the photo album and sit back and laugh, cry and enjoy those precious moment.

I really like the picture of your girls in their snowsuits hugging.
I agree about the day to day moments. They’re they best. I have a picture of my babies standing on pails “washing” dishes, and it warms my heart.
