With all the hustle and bustle of the upcoming holidays, I’m sure your to-do {and to-buy} lists are getting bigger and bigger. Yet, what’s tops on my list each and every Christmas? Getting those cards in the mail. Yet, I don’t do just ordinary cards, my choice is always Christmas Photo Cards.
It’s become a long-standing tradition for me to send out photo cards, instead of the store-bought cards since it gives everyone a glimpse into our life right now – and makes a great keepsake as well. Just like my treasured everyday photos, I want my Christmas photo cards to be unique, fresh, and beautiful. ‘Cause really, it’s a gift for others, but also a fine tribute and gift to ourselves as we keep a few copies to look at years down the road.
This year I’m shopping at Minted and if you’ve never browsed the site, are you in for a treat for some unique designs! I really like all the choices in shapes and sizes, to really make your photo cards stand out from the rest.
There’s even folded cards, post cards and so many choices in layouts and photo arrangement. Shown in this post are just small sampling of my favourites from Minted.com. I could talk forever about the beautiful cards available, but the actual photos of the cards in this case, speak a thousands words.
Once you submit your order, a designer will review your oder and email you the proof for approval before the order is finalized. Prices really vary depending on the paper type, size and style of card yet there is one for all price points.
I cannot wait to show off our 2013 Christmas Photo Card this year, sending mine out always feels like the official kick-off to the holiday season. Take my advice and cross the cards off the list first, you’ll be so happy you did!
