For another great tart idea, try these Chocolate Raspberry Tarts, they a richer fruit and chocolate taste.

If you’re in the coffee mood, check out these mocha cheesecakes!

Last month we had a scrumptious meal at my in-laws house, for Easter dinner. The menu included the most incredible dessert, Cream Cheese Tarts Topped with Fruit.

I’d now consider this the perfect summer dessert. It’s fresh and light, and bite sized!

She’d made this Cream Cheese Fruit Tarts recipe many times before, yet it was my first taste.

One bite and I was hooked. This was the perfect light dessert after a hearty meal.

How to make Fruit Tarts

The rich and creamy cream cheese filling mixed perfectly with the fruit, it’s one recipe that’s easy to make as you can see in the instructions.

Cream Cheese Tarts Topped with Fruit

Cream Cheese Tarts Topped with Fruit was a hit with everyone in the family. There wasn’t one person that didn’t devour at least two fruit tarts.

This will be made time and again, so it’s also making its way to the Recipe Box at My Organized Chaos. I just love tart recipes, especially classic Maple Pecan Butter Tarts, they are just so easy and delicious.

Oh yes, Tenderflake has some in the freezer section. While I make a mean pastry, these are so convenient and handy. Something I always have on hand!

It could also become a frosting for the cake. I’ll need to try this cream to see which of my cakes will go with it…

Made these & topped with mandarin orange slices, they were delicious! The only thing I noticed was that I had WAAAAAY too much “sauce” after filling a package of 12 Tenderflake shells. My kids just ate it out of the bowl this time but next time I’d make 24 shells with this recipe!

I’m sucker for anything with cream cheese (I love carrot cake for this reason!) This is a nice simple summer recipe to make with my daughter and yes she is excited. It will be awesome with some fresh strawberriers from our local berry farm.
