This past weekend the kids, a friend and I went to our city’s Festival of Trees. Attending each year is a tradition, it really marks the start of the season for us.
Of course there were spectacular trees, all decorated with prestine detail. Really, if I could have taken one home that day, I would have jumped at the chance.
Yet, there was this one mini-tree that was one of my favorites. Just for making all smile and laugh at it’s sight, such a unique and clever idea!
The Big Bang Theory Tree!
Adorned with little people with the heads of the cast from the show, it also had ornaments of quotes from the TV series. Complete with a Kitty tree topper, it was one of the most popular raffle prizes, withย proceedsย from all {even a playhouse built by Mike Holmes!} going to our hospital foundation.

The pink tree is a bit over-the-top for me…but I would certainly bring home The Big Bang Theory Tree. A little Sheldon makes the holidays nicer ๐

I like the pink one! I don’t know if I’d want it in my home, but it’s really neat! I’m more of a traditionalist….this year, I want to string popcorm and cranberries, and make paper chains, for an old-fashioned look.
Julia says
I like the pink one! Really creative! This year, I’m going for a really different look, though. ๐ I want to string popcorm and cranberries, and make paper chains, and go for an old-fashioned look.

It’s nice to be able to look at decorated trees that I wouldn’t actually put up in my own home. I LOVE the pink tree, but it would look crazy at my house lol.
Happy WW!

Oh my gosh! You’ve got to be kidding me! How cool is that Big Bang Theory tree! My mom and I are so obsessed with that show, and we are currently looking for a new tree. That’s so awesome! I love Dr. Sheldon Cooper! I tried to link up here, but I’m having problems with the linky tool. I’m new to your blog, I found you through Sakura Haruka’s Wordless Wednesday link up. I’d love to join in, even though I’m a little late, it says there is still 3 days. Anyway, great post! I’m so inspired by this! Feel free to stop by my blog anytime, and if you want you can follow back too.
Thanks & Happy Holidays!
