Before you set up that tree and before the Christmas season is in full swing, you need to cross one thing off that to-do list first. Holiday photo cards. In a few weeks they will start coming in the mail. Do you have plans for yours yet?
Personally, there’s nothing like getting personalized photo cards in the mail. Regular cards, as beautiful as they are, I don’t usually save {some exceptions do apply though}. Yet, photo cards? Those are keepers year after year. I adore them!
So, you won’t be surprised to hear that I always send photo cards during the holidays. Thanks again to Lindsay at Grace Announcements, our family has one gorgeous keepsake to send to those we love.
If you haven’t yet been to Grace Announcements, here’s your chance. There you will find cards and invitations for any occasion, and highlighted right now is a lovely selection of holiday photo cards with new additions for 2012. One of which, I chose to be THE ONE for us.
You can choose from cards or templates that allow you to use one to numerous photos and you can customize the text and colors.
Our card has to be kept under lock and key for now, no sneak peeks for our family and close friends who may be reading. Yet I do wish I could show it off, I’m very happy with the design and overall look of our cards this year.
When ordering you have two options when it comes to ordering at Grace Announcements. The usual way, where the cards are printed and mailed to you.
Or, go digital route where the design {pre-made template or a customized look} is sent to your inbox and you have them printed yourself. The beauty of this is that you do have the option of sending cards through email, and that you can print off more later if you are running low.
With no shipping costs involved, I simply uploaded the photo to the Costco site {my preference, I don’t ‘work’ for Costco fyi}. Then I pick up my cards the next day while shopping. How easy is that?
Yet who likes hand-cramps and let’s face it, plunking on the keyboard has really butchered my once-perfected handwriting. Luckily you can also add Return Address Labels to your shopping cart as well. Just like Lindsay’s cards, the labels feature complimentary designs in both modern and classic styles.
It’s another way to save some time and energy on what really matters during the holidays: cuddling up on the couch, watching a Christmas classic and drinking hot chocolate!
One My Organized Chaos reader is going to get a digital design from Lindsay!
