Turtle Talk with Crush, Disneyland Attraction

Finding Nemo 3D swims to theatres this month! While I was at the #DisneyInHomeBloggers event last month covering the release, we took in Turtle Talk with Crush while at Disneyland. Appropriate, right? DUUUDE!

Featuring Crush, the hilarious character, we actually took in this attraction while in Walt Disney World last Spring {find it in EPCOT}. In Disneyland, find him at Disney’s California Adventure.

Turtle Talk with Crush

Not to be taken for a kids-only attraction, adults alike with laugh like crazy. Why? Cause Crush talks with the audience and 2 ‘shows’ are never the same. Very interactive, he ‘sees’ his guests, points them out by what they’re wearing and has conversations. Best of all, you get to ask Crush questions and chuckle as he finds humor in almost each and every one.

I would love to know how Disney Imagineers ‘work’ this attraction, since it’s so moment by moment and isn’t scripted. When a question is asked, he answers immediately and is so witty! It’s pretty cool, you just have to see it for yourself.

So, I’ve taked with Crush twice now and I know this is {again} one attraction we won’t miss when we visit Disneyland as a family next week. Maybe this time I can convince the girls to ask a question – before they just saw in awe with their mouths wide open, “He’s talking to us!!!”.

That’s Disney magic, duuudes!

Have a peek:

That video is so neat! I loved listening to Crush name off his children, especially the references to Keanu Reeves. Hilarious!

That is so cool. It probably feels so real to children. I’d love to see what the voice guy looks like.
