Smart-Trike: 3 in 1 Tricycle ~ Giveaway

Over two years ago we reviewed the Smart-Trike Deluxe, a trike that my twins still use to this day.

But, weren’t they under 2 years old when they first used it? How could they still be riding the same trike at over 4?

That’s the key thing about Smart-Trike; it’s a 3 in 1 multi feature tricycle that can be used from from 10 months onward. Since it grows with the child, it can provide a safe way of traveling from the early baby age then with a few easy adjustments, it grows to suit the older toddler. Thinking this could save you money in the long run, parents? YES!

When used for babies, the parents steer the product with the unique, telescopic, adjustable handle. At this age, use the safety harness and then the provided seat belt at 15 onward. The built-in clutch gives the option of ride control to either the parent or the child, another feature that grows with the child as well. From a stroller-type fro baby to a zooming independent toddler, one trike can suit both!

For those hot days {and for kids that won’t keep hats on}, each comes with a canopy. Plus, seat cover is washable too! coordinated with a fashionable printed material canopy gives a fun, trendy look to the product! Here are all the smart features, hence why it’s called the Smart-Trike:

  • 3-point Y harness with shoulder pads, seat belt and safety bar
  • Long back support
  • Padded soft seat cover for comfort
  • Adjustable / removable, telescopic steering handle for convenience and comfort while pushing
  • Press-out clutch for freewheeling
  • Detachable, adjustable fashion canopy for sun protection
  • Special injection rubber wheels
  • Foot brake system
  • Non-slip pedals
  • Removable hand rest protector (rigid support)
  • Tilting basket
  • Foldable footrest
  • Full metal construction for durability
  • Quality storage bag coordinated with canopy
  • Bottle holder + toy telephone (2 AA batteries required – not incl.)
  • Removable accessories, adjusted to children’s ages
  • Recommended for ages 10 – 36 months
  • Meets safety requirements

Though there are many trike models with numerous patterns to choose from, the Zoo models of Smart-Trikes are printed for kid-friendly fun, including the red Ladybug as shown above. It’s an award winning product and for great reason. Have a peek:

A recap:  it’s cute, grows with the child and has some pretty cool features for both kids and the adult that may be pushing the trike. Yet, I can speak from experience when I say that it’s a solid and durable trike as well. Ours has survived my twinado toddlers as well as our crazy Canadian climate {our trike is kept outside all year long}, and it’s still in prime condition.

A smart purchase, this Smart-Trike is!
