Spring Celebration! {Wordless Wednesday with Linky}

This week I’m toasting to the arrival of Spring – OUTDOOR PLAY! Hooray!

After a long winter, it’s so nice to tell the kids to go outside and play, and have them actually enjoy it. Less mess inside, hours of play outside and it all means that they are tired for bedtime.
I’ll toast to that!

Who’s with me, parents? Let out a little ‘whoop’, we deserve it!

{Please leave me a comment and link up your own WW post!}

  1. They look so fresh and springy!

    Yes, I love being able to kick the kids outside to play. I do that in the winter, too, though! LOL! (mine are bigger than yours and can dress themselves to play in the snow!) At least now it doesn’t take them as long to get OUT the door! haha!

    1. Oh… don’t remind me!
      All winter long – took 15 minutes to get dressed to go out and it lasted 4 minutes max and then they were inside.
      Buh-bye Winter!!

  3. Yeah! The girls look like they are really having fun at the playground! The boys have been jumping on that trampoline every nice day we’ve had lately. It really does tire Ryan out (7). Happy Wednesday!

    1. Nice! My girls would love a trampoline, but we just don’t have the yard space {we’d have no room for anything else}. But, it makes it all the more fun when we visit friends with trampolines!

  9. Oh how I wish I could send mine out unsupervised…. Too young + busy street. But it’s still awesome that they’re tired out at bedtime!

  10. I am so excited for this time of year too! I have had more peace and quiet in the last week then I have all year, and that is even with more then just my own kids!!

  11. Whooping over here too! I usually tell my girls they can stay up later in the summer, but the funny thing is, they always fall asleep earlier since they wear themselves out outside all day!

  17. I’m glad my little one gets to go outside during the day at daycare. By the time we get home after work, it’s HOT already and everyone is tired and hungry.

  18. I wish I had the energy to take my kids out. If the park was closer it wouldn’t be an issue but having to load all the kids up is a pain. Thankfully we have our backyard and today I will be cleaning it!
