Tech gifts always top the lists each year. We all have at least one of those drool-worthy tech items on our wish-list, I know I sure do! And, I bet you dropped a little hint to Santa about that gaming item, camera, or a tablet that you have your eye on. Best Buy Canada wants to share the share the holiday spirit and is ringing in the season with a great Facebook promotion – featuring some of those popular electronic gifts that are hot and wanted this holiday season.

And, you’ll want to take part in this promotion, since it’s your chance to win those favourite things on your list! Well… How about two chances to win?

Pass The Present Promotion

If you head on over to the Best Buy Canada Facebook page, you’ll find a list of ‘Our Favourite Things‘. These items are carefully selected tech items, which are also perfect gifting ideas for this holiday season. With the Pass the Present Facebook promotion, is each of those items hidden inside every single present, under a random layer of wrapping. Your job is to choose a present and take a turn at unwrapping it, you might get lucky and reveal one of those gifts. If you don’t win, pass that gift to one of your friends so they get a chance to win as well. If your friend unwraps the final layer, revealing the gift, they win the prize and then you as the passer, receives a $25 gift certificate!

Yet, make sure to follow @BBYCanadaDeals on twitter, a direct line to find out about the biggest and best savings for your holiday shopping.

    I was just in Best Buy the other day drolling over the tablets, I love Samsung and I am sure this would suit R families needs. SAMSUNG 16GB GALAXY TAB 10.1 WITH WI-FI The whole family could add apps, the kids there coloring books, ebooks for mommy and daddy I am sure would love setting up Music apps.

    Tough choice but I choose the a Kobo VOX eReader because I’m a super busy mom of two who misses reading. With the kobo I can read while I breastfeed or during nap time 🙂

    The Nikon J1 compact system camera is super-small camera and as easy to use as a regular point-and-shoot, but it’s loaded with DSLR-like functionality.

    My favourite is the Kobo Vox eReader! I absolutely love to read and it would be great to be able to carry my books with me. I am a former YA librarian so it’s an occupational hazard. Plus, the Vox is a tablet and I don’t have one of those yet. Even better bonus!

    This object is easily transportable and can connect to internet with the wii-fi.

    The Samsung 16GB Galaxy Tab 10.1 with Wi-F would be my favorite choice. I’ve never tried one, but I know tablets are so much more compared to any desktop computer.Technology is moving so quickly. From what I know I love that you can easily hold it and move around with it.This be great for traveling and keeping yourself entertained. I love to try out the apps and first time using touch screen.There is so much I’m excited to try with this, if I won!

    My favorite item from Best Buys list would be the Nikon J1!!! I have been looking at this camera since before it became available hoping I could get it. I love how compact it is and how you can still change the lenses for different uses. It would be great to have so I could finally bring a camera with me on family outings that didn’t take up so much room.

    The tablet is my favorite (although the camera is close second!) I have a very colic-y baby and I have to walk around with her a lot (in a carrier). This would let me be online even while standing up!
