It doesn’t matter what day of the summer it is, at some point all women reach down and sweep up their legs to make it’s ‘safe’ to be seen in public. Funny as it is, it’s always a topic of conversation with my friends, comparing growth and shaving techniques. I almost hate to admit it, since I always get complaints of unfairness – yet I am lucky that I only have to shave my legs once every 6 weeks. Yes, call me ‘hair growth impaired’! Yet, whether you have to shave often or occasionally – we all want a great razor that does the job, and does it well!
BIC Soleil razors BIC Soleil are available in 3 or 4 blades and have such a cute easy to hold and maneuver handle. As well, they are completely affordable too, with a 4 pack costing around $5. No matter how often you shave, that’s a price that everyone canagree on!
Here are some shaving tips, courtesy of BIC Soleil:
- Shaving at night: Shaving at night will give your skin the entire night to recover its strength and suppleness to resist irritation.
- Shave clean skin: Try not to shave any part of the body without having your skin perfectly clean. This will help prevent irritation and bumps. Apply hot water or shave after showering. Warm humidity increases skins elasticity and softens your hair. Hot water actually diminishes hair toughness, which can increase blade longevity and wet hair easier to shave.
- Apply shaving cream or gel: Lather shaving cream or gel on your skin for two minutes before shaving.
- Use a sharp blade: Change your blades regularly, especially if you have sensitive skin.
