Perfect Dollhouse for Girls

Finding the Perfect Dollhouse for Girls, where do you start looking? How about right here!

With 3 girls, you bet I am {quite literally} surrounded in pink girly pretty toys. For a couple of years now I have been trying to find a dollhouse, mainly for my oldest daughter. Yet, with the twins being toddlers, I wanted one that was suitable for a wide range of ages. After all, I like getting a bang for the buck! After doing some research, the list of possible dollhouses got tremendously smaller due to a few reasons which I didn’t like. Most were expensive, even some come with few to no accessories. Others were too small, too big or just didn’t have that ‘wow’ appeal to me. So I knew the novelty might wear off too quickly with the kids.

When my 3 girls and I flew to Toronto for our photo shoot for Fisher-Price Canada – my girls got quite attached to the Loving Family Grand Dollhouse set up in the studio. They had that ‘gaga’ over this dollhouse! {You can see me and the kids playing with it on the Fisher-Price Canada website}. This dollhouse was sent to my kids after the photoshoot, and they were so very excited to have it in our home.

Why I love the Loving Family Grand Dollhouse {cause Momma’s gotta like it too}:

  • Honestly, it’s a victorian house that is pretty. Attention to detail is amazing, from the designs to the little flowers on the porch
  • easy to fold, transport and store. It can conveniently be stored in the twins room – yet in my house it’s the only toy that is allowed in the family living room.
  • It’s affordable, and it comes with the house and all the accessories {though you can purchase extra accessories separately}
  • Through play, the kids are learning! It has a little kitchen, table, they even make the beds each day. It’s the Power of Play!

Why my girls love the Loving Family Grand Dollhouse:

  • Lots of room to play! With 8 rooms, my 3 girls can play together comfortably
  • The accessories light up, make sounds and come with a whole family too. Again, enough to occupy all of my kids
  • The set includes twin babies with twins bassinets and even 2 highchairs. As a Mom to twins, this is darling as they can relate!
  • It’s just plain fun – and after having it for months, the novelty hasn’t passed. This house is still played with many times a day, and even some of their Little People accessories make their way in there.

Pictures are better than words, don’t you think? Have  a peek at the Loving Family Grand Dollhouse and see why the kids and I think it’s one impressive dollhouse for girls. Finally my search for the perfect dollhouse is over!

I love the double highchairs and double cribs as well as the stool in front of the bathroom sink — so cute!

The toilet has a little cleaning brush too, Chelsea! So cute!
I also like that it and the coffee pot are attached by string too. They won’t get lost.

How great that the toilet has a cleaning brush!!! Teach ’em young, right?

(That string idea is a great one…)

      That’s great Jessica!
I have seen the cute accessories that come separately too, but this is the first house I have seen where are the included goodies are just fine. Nice to see!
Yet, the girls’ birthday is coming up, and they have each picked out another piece for their house. Cute!
