Naturalizer Shoes

Even if you haven’t tried wearing Naturalizer shoes before, most of you have heard of the brand and seen the stores. Myself, I heard about the shoe by word of mouth, well before I tried my first pair of Naturalizer shoes {I was wearing a wrong size, all my life!}. My mother-in-law, who worked on her feet managing a bank before retiring, swears by the brand. Having tried both the Natutalizer shoes and sandals, she will tell anyone that they were her top choice for at least 20 years because, “they were comfortable right off the rack, never hurt my feet, and lasted so long”. Testimonies like these from dedicated customers speak volumes, especially when choosing a quality shoe.

I recently got to choose a pair of Naturalizer shoes for myself, and finally settled on the Black Dacey Mary Jane Shoes. Not only are they versatile and cute for Spring, but they are SO comfortable! Made of leather, and featuring a square toe these shoes also have a smooth lining and cushioning insole. With every step I can feel this insole! Also signature to the brand, these shoes have the N5 Comfort Elements.

And, just like my mother-in-law preached for over 20 years, these shoes were total comfort from the first time I wore them – no break in period necessary! As well as Mary Jane type shoes, check out their full line of sandals, casuals, boots and fitness shoes. The fitness shoes are next on my Naturalizer wish-list, I’m curious if they are as comfortable as the others – I usually have to break in gym shoes for a week or two! Has anyone tried Naturalizer’s PowerWalk line?

naturalizer shoe savingsThe Dacey shoes I have are on sale for $79.99 {20% off}, and right now you can get free shipping {US and Canada}. If you think summer has to pass to save on sandals – think again! The Sale section at has so many styles, even those you can wear this summer. Here’s a tip from me, sign up for the Preferred Customer e-club and save an additional $10 off your first purchase. How’s that for saving on something so divine!?

  1. I love Mary Jane styled shoes! I own one pair of Naturalizer’s, from my days when I worked for a cruise line. After wearing them all day… I still loved my toes, or my toes still loved me… either way, they’re nice and comfortable! 🙂

    1. A cruise line? Yes, you would have needed a comfortable pair then! That must have been a blast!

  2. My mother always bought us Naturalizers, once we were old enough to wear adult sizes. Super comfortable shoes that always lasted a very long time.

  3. I have a pair of sandals that I picked up for a steal at winners last fall and 2 pairs of PowerWalk runners the Aspire (for outside) and Haywire (inside). I love them all. The only thing I have been noticing is that my heals ache a bit, but that probably isn’t so much the shoes as how much more walking I am doing. I have been eyeballing the Naya sandals myself.

    1. Thanks for your recommendation, Julia!
I see that there are PowerWalks on sale too, I just might have to try a pair…

  4. I LOVE Naturalizer – I felt like an “old lady” buying them the first time, but they have some really cute styles. I have horrible feet that always hurt (had bunion surgery on left foot) and these treat my feet really well. I’ve even managed to get a couple of pairs really cheap on clearance at the Bay and Sears.
