My husband, being allergic to nuts, has to be very careful in which chocolates he can eat. The one ‘nut’ he can eat is a peanut, since it’s actually a legume and not in the nut family. And, his favorite chocolate treat is Reese Peanut Butter Cups. He is crazy about them! So, it’s big news in this house that there’s a “Next Big, Little Thing” from Reese Peanut Butter Cups – Reese Minis, made by Hershey Canada! These tiny versions of his favorite treat made an ideal pint sized snack. a miniature version of the iconic Reese Peanut Butter Cups present a perfectly sized snack!

I am on a weight loss challange yet couldn’t resist sneaking a taste of Reese Minis. Everything in moderation, right? And, I was surprised that I could have just a few minis and be satisfied, one bag would go a long way! I can see these as wonderful movie snacks, taking on the go or to even use in baking! I’d like to replace these for chocolate chips in my best cookie recipe, that would make a great chocolate-peanut butter cookie! As well, I have idea to use them in decorating cakes too. Even though I snuck a taste, my husband is eager to dive in when he returns from work. That is, if myself and the kids can stay away…

Reese Minis are be sold in 210g, re-sealable, standup pouches (SRP $4.19), keeping them fresh and delicious. Reese Minis also come in 130g small peg bag (SRP $2.99) and. Both items are available at mass, grocery, drug and convenience stores across Canada.

Thanks to Hershey Canada for the Reese Minis!

I LOVE Reese peanut butter cups and the only time I get them is when I’m away from my family on holiday or something (my daughter is allergic to peanuts/nuts). These look SO yummy!!!!
