Pur Gum

Pur Gum is all natural and sugarfree, with no artificial flavors, no artificial colors and infused with antioxidants. In fact, the gum package lists only 7 ingredients – which is downright odd yet fantastic when compared to the dozens that others have {which are impossible to pronounce at that}.
Most chewing gums on the market also contain aspartame, which not only can cause depression, nausea and headaches – it’s a huge no-no for pregnant women and children. I was shocked to read some great articles on the dangers of aspartame, here, here and here. I will let you have a read for yourself, but it is such astonishing read that I’m sure you will be ridding your cupboards of aspartame! And, you will be shocked at the high dangers of aspartame consumption for kids. It can lead to accumulation of formaldehyde in the brain! I had no idea!
When I flew with my girls across Canada last weekend, I was sure to pack some Pür Gum for the trip. We had been chewing the gum for weeks beforehand, yet I knew that the kids would be asking for some on the plane. Two of my kids chewed their gum, especially during takeoff and landing – and had no problems with their ears. My one twin wouldn’t have any, but she was out of her element on the plane. In fact, it’s the first time she has ever refused gum, go figure. Not only was I happy to have them occupied and happy little flyers – but I rested easier knowing that if they swallowed the gum, it’s not going to harm them with a ton of chemicals. After all, we all know that kids can swallow the occasional piece!

Our favorite flavor is the Pomegranate Mint, it’s fruity with only a tad of the mint taste. I’ll also note that the Peppermint and Spearmint aren’t a too-strong mint-taste either. Which is good with me as I’m not a huge fan of nasal-clearing gums. Pür Gum can be found all across North America!

  29. I would really like to win this posh platter of chuddy for my Mum… as I’ve just spent the last two hours researching aspartame free chewing gums for her. However, I guess that’s nothing on all the years she’s spent searching for it in the stores.
I’ve just sent her about 8 of what seem to be the best links in an email and read about this competition before I forwarded it.
So I thought I’d give it a go as it’s always best to try before you buy!

  30. Avoid (AminoSweet) on labels too as this is the new name for Aspartame apparently. Also I read that Aspartame can be listed by its number (E951) and info may not even show up on the label at all…I’m not sure how they can get away with this though?! Just something to bear in mind if you’re desperately trying to avoid it.

  45. There are sugar-free chocolate chip cookies which
use an equally sweet sugar substitute. You can try volunteering to bake cupcakes
as your gift for the birthday celebration or come prepared by making
a special gift of treats for the celebrant then handing out smaller portions
for the party to enjoy. This is important when working with chocolate since it sets fast so have some
    type of plan before starting.

  46. The good thing is, chocolate fundraisers don’t have to be about
