Cupcake Sleeves by Roundabouts

Though I don’t do it as often as I should, I do enjoy baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes. Yet life as a busy Mom of 3 does hinder the time I have to truly create a baking masterpiece. Roundabouts Cupcake Sleeves is one such product that made me think, “Now, why didn’t I think of that?” Created by a stay at home Mom, these cupcake sleeves allow you to turn ordinary cupcakes into amazing themed treats, so very easily.

Roundabouts Cupcake Sleeves have over 70 designs, and ones to suit all occasions. The sleeve sets the theme, and with a couple simple additions to the top of the cupcake – voila! For review, I chose the Bunny Cupcake Sleeves. This design is great for Easter {which will be here before you know it}, for my daughter to take to school for her friends. I’m sure they will stand out among all the other baked treats that day, yet {shhh}, I’m sure mine will be easier to make than others. As well, these Bunny ones could be used for birthdays as well. I’m not a bad decorator, yet I cannot draw at all. Much less try and draw a bunny on a dozen cupcakes. This is my kind of solution, functional and attractive!

The Roundabouts Cupcake Sleeves are extremely sturdy, the ends fasten together by adhesive {which hold very well}. They are made using acid-free cardstock and can be recycled after use. I found the best way is to put the sleeves on the cupcake before frosting and decorating the tops. It saves time and prevents you from re-decorating if your hands slip. My girls think these are great, I will definitely be getting these in the future – for other occasions!
