Glow Crazy Light Wand

Glow Crazy is a toy that made me think, ‘I wish I had that when I was a kid!’ Yet the bonus to having kids is – I can still play with these toys as if I was young again! I’d love to say that Glow Crazy send my kids this product to review – but I have to admit, we all had fun with it.

Glow Crazy, a distance doodler,ca me with a light wand, 2 sheets of sticker-type paper and some stencils. When the light from the wand hits the paper, in the dark, the drawing glows. So, it’s like drawing – in the dark – with light.

One bonus about this product is that it’s mess-free. Plus, you can make thin lines to draw or scatter the light to make bigger shapes. At first I was worried that the sticker-paper would peel the paint off the walls, but rest assured – it won’t. It’s very simple to remove, and in places on my wall – it wouldn’t stay stuck onto the wall. Sometimes I had to use 2 small pieces of tape to secure it to the wall, but I’d rather do that than not get it off! Plus, the wand was a little finicky. One tip I learned: If I loosened the screws just a tad on the battery compartment, the light stayed on. Yet, if the screws were fully tightened, the light would cut out continually {?}.

I have to say though, this is one brilliant toy. It provides for hours of fun {again, mess free}, and there is always a ton of giggles in the bedroom when the girls are playing with the GlowCrazy.

Disclosure: I was provided with product to facilitate this post, opinions are my own.
