ShooShoos has been a regular feature on My Organized Chaos over the past couple of years. And, they are a regular brand of footwear seen on my Twins feet since they were born, as well. I adored their soft soled shoes when they were babies, and now they sport the ShooShoos with the flexible rubber sole {and the cute smily face on the soles}. You will see me posting about ShooShoos more often this year, as I am joining 7 other bloggers as official ShooShoos Mom’s! {this opportunity offers you many chances for you to win a pair too!}
For this review, I decided to choose the pair of White Flowers Smiley shoe, since it screams ‘Summer’ at first glance. The soles are super soft and flexible, perfect for my active Twins! And, the leather of the shoe is soft and light, very tender for their wee little feet. And, the leather is eco-friendly too! Since we are not new testers to the ShooShoo brand, I can confidently say that they are made of great quality – we haven’t had a pair da
mage or break in all the pairs we have reviewed. And, even with constant wear – they clean up easily. And this is why I didn’t hesitate at choosing this darling white pair with flowers – they will look crisp and new for a long time! And, as crucial as it is to select toddler footwear that supports active and growing feet – we have to admit, the style also has to be pleasant as well. This pair is cute with jeans to dresses and suits a wide palate of combinations when it comes to pairing with clothing. And ShooShoos does offer a very nice selection of adorable footwear for both girls and boys.
I do have to point out one tip for customers though: if your child has thick feet, it is best to go up a size. I have found that my girls outgrow their ShooShoos long before their feet are technically longer {yet the feet become too thick to get into the shoe}. So, my girls always have more room in length while wearing their ShooShoos, yet I haven’t minded since the extra length hasn’t posed any sort of tripping hazard {they fit great at the ankle thanks to the smart elastic}. Yet I would love to see ShooShoos accommodate their styles for thicker feet in the future, just to get a fit that hugs the entire foot.
