Month In Photos: January 2015
January 2015 is usually such a long and cold month. This time of year is when I typically take the least photos, uninspired by the drab landscape and bored of the white of the snow.
Yet, this January, things were a little different. Someone new to photograph? Someone new to cuddle and love? We got a puppy!!
I’d like you to meet Charlie – the new baby in the house. He was born on Nov 1, 2014 and came to live with us last week. Doesn’t he have the cutest little face ever?! Yep, he’s got us all by the heart.
So, January consisted of a lot of dog-discussions {though the hubby and kids have been working on me for years}, consideration, researching, and searching – then, end ending with a big Charlie kiss on the cheek. Perhaps more on him later though, since our January was quite eventful in general.
In January 2015 we travelled to a cheer competition out of town, and went skating a lot thanks to mild weather. We also spent some time in the indoor field house with friends, where the kids could run and play freely. They did some rock climbing but then decided that laying on the floor, legs on the wall, was just as good. Chatting away about 6 year old problems, it certainly made me laugh.
We also cuddled a new baby in the family, my new niece, Marley. My daughters are totally smitten with her, as am I. It’s so nice to get my fix of new-baby smell again – man, I missed that!
Plus, you might notice that My Organized Chaos has changed *a bit*. This month I also got a great new design! Talk about new beginnings for 2015!
As we end January, the weather is much colder and snow is falling. This is more typical of the weather for the month. I have to admit, I’m not as bothered by this, as I’d typically be. We just cuddle up to Charlie and stay hime.
…. On the other hand, summer would still be a million times better. January – ugh – is it summer yet?
How was your January 2015?

If you haven’t tried Month in Photos yet, you need to give it a try!
Gather your best of the month for a collage and then print each month off. By years end you’ll have a year in photos for an album – without much effort required. Voila!

Month in photos looks cool, I have zillions of photos. I try to keep them fairly organized, but sometimes life gets out of hand and I fall behind.
