Get a Clean Floor without the Dirty Work

I love the look of my tile kitchen floors, but at the same time, they are a pain to clean. Most floor cleaners do a bang-up job but don’t get into the indented grout. Which means that my floors don’t actually get a good clean, unless you were to get on your hands and knees and scrub. Yeah, like that’s gonna happen!

Another problem is that floor cleaners spurt water and scrub the floor, but if you really think about it – that dirty water is left ON the floor. Again, unless you use a rag to wipe up what you cleaned, that dirt is just spread all over and left there.

In both cases, it’s kinda pointless right? Sorry to point out the obvious, but I am here with some good news, so don’t worry.

I was recently sent the new Hoover Floormate Deluxe and it solves both of these problems and more. This floor cleaner gives you the luxury of a well-cleaned floor without having to do the dirty work.

The new Hoover Floormate Deluxe is designed to deliver the best clean while gently and safely scrubbing sealed hardwood, vinyl, ceramic tile, laminate and marble in a snap. One of the biggest perks of this product is that it has a separate attachment to get that tile {and grout} fully scrubbed and another for hardwood or smooth surfaces.

The tile scrubber bristles are harder, tougher and are of different lengths, to really get into every crevice.

Yet, for smooth floors like hardwood and vinyl – use the Hard Wood Brush. It’s bristles are even and softer so it can clean, without being so harsh on porous floors.

Yet both have counter-rotating brushes to really clean, just like you’d wipe if you were to get down there and do it yourself {which we’ve already decided that we don’t want to, right?}.

This is great news since most households have more than one type of flooring!

The Hoover Floormate Deluxe has a dual tank system – one for water and cleaning solution that is included with the purchase and sold seperately and another tank to hold the dirty water from the floor. This works by a wash and dry dial.

I choose ‘wash’, do a section of floor, using the squeeze and release trigger for solution control. Then, just change the dial to ‘dry’ and go over that same section.

On dry mode, the same brushes that wash, go over the area and suck up the dirty water. Not only is this awesome because you aren’t leaving dirty water on a ‘clean floor’, but when you have kids or pets, cutting down that drying time is most welcome. Why do they always walk through just-washed floors?!

The Hoover Floormate Deluxe {sold at Sears or right from the site} weighs less than 14lbs and is worth the re-arranging to fit it into your broom closet. You’re probably wasting space with the others anyway. Just’ sayin!

Love the Dry Mode feature, with four pets running around the quicker it dries the better! Would love to win because I end up cleaning my floors everyday and this would really help make it easier!

I have a house of cat hair lol. It seems I just clean and there’s more floating around already. I love that it dries quick and is easy to maneuver . This would be awesome.
