Chicken and Spinach Pasta Casserole

This time of year I rely heavily on my slow cooker and casserole recipes, due to ease and how well they fit into a busy schedule. Chicken and Spinach Pasta Casserole is very easy to put together and can be refrigerated until you bake.

The chicken, pasta and spinach combine nicely with the cheese to make one great tasty dinner, up there with all the ‘comfort food’ greats.

Another wonderful thing about this recipe is that it’s versatile, so add more or less cheese if you’d like {or a non-fat variety}. You can also use other noodles of choice.

My kids gobble this casserole up, and my oldest asked for this one to replace other casseroles I make. It’s always a win when everyone in the family enjoys a meal! Chicken and Spinach Pasta Casserole

This sounds and looks good. I might actually be able to get some spinach into my family with this casserole and that is not an easy task!
