With only a week to go before Christmas, the pressure is on! Concerts, parties, shopping, wrapping, more shopping and wrapping – the list goes on and on.

So, what about your holiday baking? I sure hope the busy schedule didn’t hinder the chance to bake some goodies in the kitchen! Delicious priorities, people!

While I love making my Star-Shaped Jam Cookies, I was in the mood for a new holiday treat.

Whether it’s for guests that pop by or just for us to enjoy after dinner {with a Christmas movie}, seasonal baking is great to have on hand.

Yet, you don’t need to devote an entire day to slaving in the kitchen, thanks to some easy Christmas recipes like these AMAZING Eggnog Cookies.

Specifically, I very much wanted these the White Chocolate Fudge. *swoon*

When I went to the site to find a goodie to make on weekend afternoon, my eyes immediately went to this festive fudge recipe.

My heart belong to White Chocolate and I knew this white chocolate fudge recipe would be a hit. Who knew homemade fudge could be so easy to make? It’s the perfect dessert for the holiday season and takes no time at all to make.

How to Make White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge

Like a square pan (I used a 8-inch pan) with foil or parchment paper, with the ends of foil extending over the sides.

Using a microwave, heat the chocolate and milk tother in s large microwave safe bowl. Cook at medium heat in 15 second intervals until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until completely melted, yet do not over cook or the chocolate will burn. Stir in nuts, cranberries and zest.

Pour mixture into the bottom of the lined pan with a rubber spatula, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Use the foil sides to lift fudge from pan, cut and serve.

Storage

Place this white chocolate cranberry fudge recipe an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 6 days.

Best of all, this Easy White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge is so simple to make, much like my White Toffee Bark. I almost cringe calling it ‘baking’.

There is no need for a candy thermometer, double boiler, sugar thermometer, stovetop cooking, saucepans, fresh cranberries or a double broiler.

Creamy fudge can be SUPER SIMPLE. Sometimes the tastiest dessert recipes are the simplest ones.

This creamy white chocolate fudge recipe is from Kraft Canada, yet I adapted it for the nuts being optional. I tend not to use nut when making this, as I would rather not take the chance at others reacting.

This is the part you’ll love, busy parents. Since this recipe from the start to putting it in the fridge to cool – took just 7 minutes. Such little time for an exceptional great treat.

I love that this recipe fits in so well with the busy schedule which is especially chaotic around the holidays. It’s the time of year when we want to do so much yet have trouble fitting everything in.

For the taste and ease, this great treat has become one of my favorite recipes for the Christmas season.

But the taste? HEAVEN! I could easily coin this the best chocolate fudge ever {pause while I run to grab a square to enjoy}.

If you opt to only make one treat this holiday season, make these – they have become my new favourite! And while you have some leftover cranberries, make sure to make this Cranberry Eggnog Bread, it’s a perfect seasonal treat.

This recipe would even be a great one for a baking exchange {lucky recipients!} or as gifts to those you love and appreciate. In fact, I gave some to my delivery people last week. They sure were happy!

To complete the present and the look, print out gift tags and package up pretty for an exchange.
