Mexican Fiesta Dip

How could you NOT love the appetizer recipe, Mexican Fiesta Dip? It’s a dip that is hearty and comforting, kind of like a whole meal on it’s own. In fact, sometimes I want to make this for dinner and nothing else.

Smothered with cheese, that Mexican taste and so popular with guests, it’s one dip that I love to snack on. Serve it alone, or combine with other appetizer recipes for your family or when entertaining {game night, maybe?}. Best served with nacho chips for dipping, or you can spread this cheesy goodness on crispy baguettes – YUM!!

Psst, It gets points for easy too, which is always welcome with me! ;)

I read your recipe to my husband (who’s Hispanic) and he told me to tell you that it sounds delicious. I have to agree. But would I be crazy to say that you recipe made me think of lasagna?! I think it’s the fact that you put things down in a layer and bake them. :-)

  4. I really wish that as of tomorrow I wasn’t “back on the wagon”. This sounds a perfect comfort food for the winter.
