Earlier this month, my daughter and I were invited to attend the Justin Bieber ‘Believe Tour’ concert in Edmonton, Alberta. With a chance at meeting him. My daughter is a Justin fan, so how could I not accept?
The concert was great, he really put on a great show, as did his opening, Carly Rae Jepsen {Call Me Maybe}. Lights, confetti, fire and tons of dancing. We knew our moves to Bieber’s new song ‘Beauty and a Beat’ feat. Nicki Minaj, thanks to practice on Just Dance 4.
Belle and I had so much fun together, a wonderful mom and daughter date night.

Along with fabulous seats to the show, we also got Meet and Greet passes. As you can see in the pic, she’s in awe – completely stunned at the opportunity. Love it!

I really earned the Mom of the Year award for this night, and my daughter will have the best ‘my first concert’ stories.
What was your first concert?

That is so cool! While my girls aren’t JB fans, I know how much they would flip if they got to meet one of their celebrity idols. She will surely remember this mommy daughter date forever!
Ya, it was a great experience, it’s always cool to meet any celebrity – kind of a fascination of mine!
Oh how awesome. She’s going to remember and cherish this for a long, long time!
without a doubt, you win mother of the year!!
Indeed!
Yeah I think that would be mom of the year award in any girls book. Very cool you got to meet him. My kids are too young for concert, but they are boys, so not sure what their interests will be then.
Hmmm, will be interesting to see. We tried getting her tickets months and months ago, yet the prices were crazy and it sold out so quick. I guess she was meant to be there!
That is beyond neat. What a great Mom/daughter date!
What lucky girls you were
My first concert was at the Albert Hall London to see Barry White Love Unlimited & The Love Unlimited Orchestra had an amazing time
Have a fantabulosa Halloween
That sounds amazing, are you from London?
Yes have lived in central London all my life
Totally mother of the year! Happy WW!
That is very cool. Lol I think my first concert was Tim McGraw even though I’m not a country fan it wasn’t bad and I was young. I think my favorite was Cinderella…Don’t know what ya got til it’s goowooone……lol
Ha!! I went to a Garth Brooks concert just after HS. Wasn’t a fan {country isn’t my thing either}, but I love concerts regardless. Was a great time with a bunch of friends!
She will treasure that photo forever! Fab! Thanks for linking up, I’ve done the same.
Have a great week, Charlotte!
Wow, that’s SO cool, I’m sure she was over the moon!
Who is the greatest mom in the world, yaa hooo. That’s pretty incredible.
My first concert was with a local band in the center next to where the big boys performed. Loud and smoky and stinky. But we were so cool for going.
Yes! I recall many of those in College. Myself and my group of friends tried to hit every concert that came to local bars. Loud. Stinky. But good times.
What a great mom/daughter date! It’s going to be pretty hard to top meeting Justin! That’s so cool!
So fun meeting celebs!! We live just a half hour from Justin’s hometown. He is often there doing little impromptu performances, on the street, just like he used to!! Super Cool.
Connie from Sadieloohoo
That’s awesome! The drummer from some 80′s rock band lives a couple blocks away from me… can’t recall the name or band at the moment. Small world, right?
It is always good to meet a Canadian. Thanks for linking up, hope to see you again next week.
You are the best mom for taking her! You both look great! I love that you got to see him.
I’ve had three people tell me that my kids look like him when he was little. I thought, “That’s not possible.” Then I looked him up as a child. They do look like him. So funny!

I didn’t realize you were mother and daughter (not sisters or friends) at first until I really read this. Sounds like you had a great night.
Aw – you are so sweet!!!
I take it as a compliment, but I just told my daughter and she scrunched her nose. I guess being my sister isn’t a good thing…?? KIDS!!
this is awesome!
Wow, I bet she was thrilled, sounds like a fun night and I’m sure she’ll remember it forever!
After some of his comments and actions, I’m not a fan at all; but he made your little girl happy and that’s special!
