Banana Latte Recipe

Hands up if you like a cool java drink in the summer months? Or anytime for that matter. Heh.

This is one recipe you will want to make right away, delicious Banana Lattes!

Blender

The inspiration for this recipes comes from recently getting the Wave Station Express Dispensing Blender from Hamilton Beach, for review.

The key to this blender is the spout to dispense, I know I’ve had too many spills out the side of a blender before {hate that!}.

And since I have been making smoothies for the kids a lot this summer, I realized just how great this feature is.

First of all, here is all the fab features of the Wave Station Express Dispensing Blender from Hamilton Beach:

  • One-handed Dispensing blender
  • Patented stainless steel ice sabre blades
  • Convenient spout cap
  • 4 Speeds plus pulse & 500 Watts of Power
  • WaveAction® system pulls mixture down into the blades to thoroughly mix and get at all ice chunks
  • Capacity: 48 oz DuraBlend™ Jar
  • Dishwasher safe
  • 5 year warranty

As for size, it’s a tad smaller than my ‘regular’ blender, yet it can hold enough for my family of 5 to share, so ample size for this household.

Banana Latte Recipe

From smoothies for the kids to alcoholic blendies on a night of entertaining – this blender does it all.

I really love the spout and won’t go back to one without – so extremely handy. Did I also mention easier to transfer to a cup? Ya, I’m all about those little steps in making life easier {and a little more fabulous}.

Blender and Banana

Onto the featured recipe!!

Banana Lattes – Mmmmm.

Add a bit more coffee if you’d like. More ice cream? I won’t tell. In any case, it’s a cool treat that will make you smile in your day. Enjoy!

    1. Not at all Janice! Just after lunch here and this Latte is calling my name! I need my caffeine fix yet it’s too hot to have coffee – nice compromise, right? The blender is under $30 – a steal! Treat yourself!
      😉

  2. Hello!
perfect timing, I just searched for a latte recipe and found your website, happy to be a new reader. great stuff!

    1. Great to help Selena! You can add a bit more java or banana {even more ice cream} if you want. I toyed a bit with the amounts and you don’t need to be exact at all. Which is nice in a recipe, right?

  3. I am offically in LOVE with that blender! I think I may also be in love with the banana latte recipe.. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Exactly! It can be used for any bevvies – this is just what I’m hooked on these last couple of weeks. Shhh. lol

  4. I would love to have this for smoothies, milk shakes and even for making sauces! Very cool!

  5. How does the spout clean? I would be worried about it being sticky or dirty still… I have checked out similar blenders in the past but that was a big concern for me, as we make shakes almost daily, sometimes two or three times.

    1. Actually, you just unscrew it and rinse – very easy. I was a little worried about that too, but actually, it’s very well designed and suits my *ahem* lazy take on cleaning.
      lol 🙂
