Winx Club Fairies Dolls

Has your little girl mentioned Winx Club yet? Winx Club is Nickelodeon’s first girl-targeted animated show, which is a modern fantasy adventure series following six fashion forward best friends (Bloom, Stella, Flora, Musa, Tecna, Aisha) who attend the finest fairy school in all the realms, Alfea College. .

The characters represent modern girls, using teamwork and smarts to be the ultimate heroines. Fashionable as they are, they also send girls positive messages if friendship, self-love and adventure.

When trouble arises, the Winx Club transforms into beautiful fairies who use their magical powers to fight villains and save the world from evil. Each fairy has a unique power that not only helps define her as an individual, but helps her defeat villains. Also, each fairy has her own personality traits and hobbies, so there is really a character for every girl to relate to.

Other than watching the show, little fans can now collect and reenact real-life adventures with a new line of dolls by JAKKS Pacific. My girls got the full line of the 6 that make up the Winx Club {Aisha, Tecna, Flora, Musa, Stella and Bloom}. Each one comes with a magical membership card that unlocks exclusive content at the Winx Club online and a hair brush.

First of all, fairy anything is just beautiful, it really promotes the ‘magic’ in play. Yet, it’s the faces of the Winx Club dolls that make them stand out among the rest. They really do have beautiful eyes! The dolls themselves are very ‘bendy’ {with eleven points of articulation}, which has made it very easy for the twins to dress them especially.

Each one has it’s own look, even with distinct and trendy hair color and cuts. Just like the show, the Winx dolls’ wings are removable so that they can change from human to fairy form. Mostly you can hear my girls say, “We’re off to the party, get your wings on, friends!”. Adorable!

Winx club play with my girls consist of chats about upcoming parties {they have full social schedules, don’t you know?}, flying around from room to room, swapping and complimenting on clothes, more flying … it really is fun to watch them pretend they are apart of the club and go on adventures all over the house.

If I could change one things about Winx Dolls, it would be the way the wings attach to the body. Easy enough for any age to attach and detach, yet they do seem just a less secure compared to other dolls with detachable wings. .
