All Star Vacation Homes Kissimmee Florida

Last month my family and I ventured to Florida for the first time, and had the wonderful opportunity to stay at an All Star Vacation Homes Kissimmee Florida property. Our particular home {check out my photos} is located in Acadia Estates, which is a gated community.

Reasons why you should call All Star, home:

Location ~ Just 3 miles from Walt Disney World, it’s both convenient in proximity to Disney Parks but to other great local attractions as well. You aren’t confined to one area and have so many options in fun family adventures in the entire region.

Space and Privacy ~ All Star Vacation homes offers housing options from condos to luxury 5-star homes. Standard hotel rooms are cramped for my family of 5, so it was so nice to have so much space at our All Star Home to really appreciate the downtime while on vacation. No fighting over the bathroom, you get your own bed and the kids have room to wander and play.

Laundry ~ Having a washer and dryer on vacation is priceless! We were in Florida for 2 weeks and it was so nice to always have clean clothes and we were able to pack and travel with less items because we knew that we had laundry facilities. Plus, being able to go home with all clean clothes for this family of 5? Incredible! It really took the stress out of that first day day back from holidays.

Full Kitchen ~ You can only pack so much into a small hotel room fridge! During our first week we stayed at Disney Parks and I often wished I could pack a lunch for the day or not ‘eat out’ once in a while. During our second week with All Star, I was able to grocery shop thus save money on food for the week. Not to mention, our home had a BBQ by the pool, and we cooked some wonderful meals during our stay! Don’t want to grocery shop? You also have the choice of getting groceries delivered right to your home, so that you are fully stocked once you get there. Fabulous!

Amenities & Activities ~ Our home had a theatre room, billiard room and a private gated outdoor pool with hot tub. At the end of the day, it was so nice to kick back with the family and swim JUST US, with no crowds. In fact, we reserved a few days of our stay just for staying at the Acadia Estates vacation home all day long – there was so much to do! And, alternating busy touring days with quiet relaxing days was lovely. If you are staying with young ones, our home was supplied with a bassinett, high chair and activity ExerSaucer too. They really supply something for all ages and needs.

Priced to Fit Your Budget – Have a look at All Star Vacation Homes and you’ll see that each property varies in location, amenities, size and price. Prices start as low as $129 per night for a 1 bedroom condo which is 1,162 sq feet in size. Hotel rooms cost more and don’t offer space like that! Plus, there is always  discounts and special offers on car rentals {or FREE car rental with a 7 night stay in a home with pool}, discounts on Disney World attraction tickets, golf passes and more.

Service ~ Need a recommendation on a restaurant? Can’t find the switch to turn on the pool lights? All Star Vacation homes proved to be most helpful when we needed assistance at any time. Quick to respond and eager to help, this is a wonderful company that really strives for a wonderful experience from guests. All the privacy you need, except for when you need them.

  1. I was surprised when my mom blogger world and my disneyworld world suddenly meshed together. I have always wanted to stay at an all star resort. One of my podcast WDW Today is sponsored by them and they I here their website in my head all the time.

The photos are fabulous, like I said I have heard about the homes a lot, and even been on the other side of a webcam and have seen a few rooms, but none of them did it justice. What a great spot to stay for a larger family. Next trip we are staying onsite, but ooo the trip after that…..

    Beach club awaits me…..

    1. You are right Saundra, the photos just don’t do it justice – such beautiful homes! Maybe your next trip to WDW?

    1. Ha! We were house hunting while there too, you can buy the rental homes!
      We’re still considering….

    1. Yes, Elena. Don’t get me wrong, loved the resorts at WDW, but when staying that long with a family of 5 and wanting to see places outside the parks? Yep, it’s a good choice!

  2. Wow! That looks so much better than being cramped up in a hotel room. You could even just stay there for the day and enjoy your vacation, I would imagine. Beautiful pictures!

    1. It was so relaxing!
I still vividly remember sitting in the hot tub and listening to the fireworks at WDW.
Definitely the best of both worlds!

  3. I’ve been looking at these vacation homes when planning out my Disney vacation. There is our family of 4, my parents, brother, and our two best friends going. So rather then getting hotel rooms for everybody we were looking at this option instead. It’s great since we all get our own bathrooms and everything. Plus the homes are beautiful!!

    1. Oh, have a look on the site then Becky, there are larger houses that will fit everyone. For instance, ours had a capacity of 14. How exciting, when is your trip?

      1. It won’t be until February 2014 but that gives us lots of time to plan everything 🙂 I’ve been on the site before I love all the photos they show of the houses and the themed bedrooms for the kids!

  4. Looks like a beautiful place , I will have to look into them for our next family getaway to Disney. Thanks for the great review.

  5. Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from
an established blog. Is it hard to set up your own blog?
I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick.
I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any points
    or suggestions? Cheers
