Singing in the Rain {Wordless Wednesday with Linky}

One year ago this week I was in Toronto filming the Singing in the Rain Commercial for Dove Canada. It will always go down as one of the best experiences of my life.

I can’t wait for Spring to arrive to wear my coat and baby blue boots again!

To catch up, read my behind the scenes post and watch the final Singing in the Rain Video on YouTube! It goes fast, so in case you miss me – here I am at 42 seconds!

  1. That was sooo exciting and such a great commercial; luv the catchy tune and the pretty girls in it

  2. I am new to your site. I link up my WW post with Jamie at Making Mama Happy and that is where I found your site. I shot this “moment” during a shoot this past weekend. Their son has Autism. What a blessing his parents are and I was truly moved during the entire shoot.

  3. That must have been so much fun! I don’t know the story behind it, but I assume you’re a model?

    1. Ha! Oh no!
      Dove invited ordinary women and their hair to try new products and see how they stand up in the rain – awesome experience!

  5. Even though , I am not really a fan of dancing (or doing anything else) in the rain I’d definitely love to participate in a thing like that. And you really look great on those photos if I may add.

    Keep up the good work and keep blogging!

    1. Thanks Marko – it was pretty cool having a professional choreographer {Justin Timberlake and Madonna’s choreographer, no less!}. It was a little nerve-wracking trying to learn in a very fast time!

  6. You were the one doing flips, weren’t you? 😉 What an amazing opportunity! So jealous of that experience and those boots.

  7. Thanks for the link up!! I am trying to get my blog up off the ground so I love linkys right now to spread the word about my blog and new photography business.

  8. Wow! What an experience! How fun is that?! Thanks for re-posting this. I was happy to stumble upon it now a year later. The video looked so fun, and you are one beautiful mama! 🙂
