Here’s one of our favorite meals, Hashbrown Casserole with Glazed Ham! I like that you can prepare this early in the day, great for those busy days. For us, the recipe make enough for two meals, so before split the batches into 2 casseroles {one frozen for later}.
Enjoy!

.
Glazed Ham
.
- 1 whole Cooked Ham
- 3 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Corn Syrup
- ¼ cup vinigar
- 5 tbsp Flour
- 3 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 can Chopped or crushed Pineapple, not drained
- Cut Ham into sections or cubes and set aside.
- Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
- Spray casserole dish, add ham and mixture. Bake at 350° C for 1 hr.
- Baste half way through if ham peeks out from mixture to prevent burning.
.
Hashbrown Casserole
.
- 1 pkg frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- ¼ cup melted margarine or butter
- 1 medium minced onion
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- Mix all ingredients together. Put into 9×13 glass dish or 2 smaller dishes if you want to freeze half for later use. Bake at 350° C for 1.5 hrs
