At 3 1/2 years old, my twins adore Dora. I mean adore. So when we got a copy of Dora the Explorer: Celebrate With Dora before Halloween, they were so thrilled. Not only did they get to watch Dora’s Halloween before the big night, but they’ve also started watching Dora’s Christmas! in anticipation for the next holiday. I have to admit to being somewhat of a Christmas-nut and have already brought out most of our Christmas DVD’s, so this one fit perfectly into mix.
Enjoy all of Dora’s favorite holidays and fiestas in this new three-DVD box set, Dora the Explorer: Celebrate with Dora. The special box set includes Dora’s Christmas!, Dora’s Halloween and Dora’s Big Birthday Adventure, all in one gift-able collection! Created by Nickelodeon Home Entertainment and distributed by Paramount Home Entertainment, Dora the Explorer: Celebrate with Dora will be released on DVD on November 15, 2011.
A little odd that the release date wasn’t before Halloween since it includes a Halloween DVD, but chances are they’ll all be played year round. At least that’s what it’s like in this house. Christmas shows even in the summer and Valentine’s Day specials in Autumn – kids like to watch their favorite shows regardless of the season! So, I do like this set for the variety of episodes included, even though my twins have a lot of the episodes already included.
