Coca-Cola Holiday Prize Pack‏ Giveaway

Coka Cola Arctic Home Campaign giveawayDo you recall my post about Coca-Cola changing the colour of its iconic red can, white, in the ‘Arctic Home’ Campaign?

The color change is in honor of their support/awareness and donation to World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and their efforts to protect the polar bear’s habitat. Their home is my home – Canada, and they are apart of our ecosystem and culture. In the ‘Arctic Home’ Campaign, Coca-Cola will be contributing $2 million to WWF over the next five years, and will match consumer donations made until March 15, 2012, up to $1 million USD.

To make your donation, please visit www.iCoke.ca!

To help spread more awareness, {and ’cause the items are so cute, just like our Polar Bears}, Coke is offering up the following prize pack to one of my Canadian readers…

Coca-Cola Holiday Prize Pack‏ Giveaway arctic homeValued at $150, this giveaway includes:

  • Winter white knit hat, scarf and mitt set

ONE OF MY FAMILIES FAVORITE TRADITIONS IS…..AFTER DINNER AND OPENING GIFTS WITH MY PARENTS. MY DAD GIVES ALL OF US A STOCKING WITH SCRATCH TICKETS. the kids love it and we all see how much money we can win. I love it cause the little ones get just as excited as the older ones. And we can win some money too…mommy likes that.

We just started a tradition with my son the past few years even when he was tiny 2 month old :) He gets new jammies to open on Christmas Eve! It’s things like this that make Christmas and the holidays so much fun with a little one around!!!

One of my favourite holiday traditions is going to the Christmas Eve service at church with my family and then bringing our candles home and seeing whose stays lit the longest (getting the candles home without them blowing out in the snow and wind is always a challenge!)

My favorite tradition is driving around looking at the light displays on houses on Christmas Eve. I love to hear the oohing and aahing coming from the backseat as my boys take it all in.

When we were very small we got to choose a new outfit. We went to evening services with all the aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins from both my mother and father’s extended families. And then we’d drive home listening to the Santa updates, pulling into our home just before midnight so we could be home for Christmas.

my favourite holiday tradition is that our entire extended family gets together for a wonderful potluck turkey dinner (complete with my Mom’s cabbage rolls) and then we have a chinese auction with all the homemade gifts we have made over the past year. My great nieces & great nephews are now old enough to take part as well. Of course the very BEST part of the day is jsut having all of us together!!
