As popular as shopping online is, I still know many people that will not use their credit card to purchase anything off the internet. Of course I have, without identity theft or fraud, yet it is something that does cross our minds every time we click that ‘buy’ button. Yet when it comes to gifting for others, online can be tricky since you really have to know what they want. If you gift a gift card to an online shop, they are stuck with choosing from that particular store. 3V Visa Vouchers solve all those problems, have you heard of them?
3V Visa is prepaid vouchers, and are accepted almost anywhere that allows Visa credit cards as a method of payment online. I recently got a $50 3V Visa to use online, and the process could not have been easier. To redeem, you simply enter the code at the 3V Visa website and you get a unique 3V Visa 16-digit number. You then enter your personal details and activate the card with a quick click of a button.

Here’s where the extra security comes in – you have your card number on the site, yet just the expiry date and CVV2 number {the 3-digit card code} were sent to the email address I had provided. Then, when shopping online you use the card number, expiry and code – just like you would with your own credit card. So very simple! {and no, I can’t say what I bought with my voucher to use for Father’s Day. Curious Daddy eyes read this blog, you know!}
3V Visa Prepaid Vouchers are great for those that don’t want to use their credit cards online, for those that don’t have credit cards and of course, for gifting {Think Father’s Day!!}. The best part about gifting 3V Visa Prepaid Vouchers is that the recipient has a whole internet of choices on where they can shop. The only thing to remember is that some online stores don’t let you use multiple cards for one transaction. So, if your total exceeds your 3V Visa Voucher, you may not be able to use another method of payment. My suggestion is to be generous when getting a 3V Visa Prepaid Voucher, too little and it may be a hassle yet it’s alright to spend and still have a balance on your voucher!
3V Visa has a fantastic promo running right now – every voucher that is redeemed until June 30th is automatically entered into a draw to win a free $500 3V Visa prepaid voucher!!
So, where do you get a 3V Visa Prepaid Voucher? You purchase them really close to home actually – there is over 15,000 participating retailers. For instance, you can get your voucher at your local Esso and Canadian Tire gas stations and Express 24 stores. You can also purchase a 3V Visa prepaid voucher online at UseMyCard Services.
One Canadian My Organized Chaos reader is going to get their own 3V Visa Voucher ~ a $50 one!

It’s just so hard to figure out what to get people nowadays! Too many options. It’s just easier to go with a gift card where they can get whatever they want.

I like that it could be used at so many different places whereas other gift cards are only good at one particular store.

I like to use Visa giftcards because most of my family lives far away and I never know what stores and restaurants they have. With the visa cards they can use them anywhere

A visa gift card allows the recipient to get whatever they want. No need to give a gift card that will be never used!

I prefer to gift a Visa Gift Card because it’s like a multi – gift when the person who receives it not only gets to pick their own, specific want, but they can do it without any pressures or use it at any place they want too!
Sometimes ppl. will ask what do want for your Birthday and it’s hard to say, you don’t want to make them fell obligated, etc.

Win a $50 @3vCash Prepaid Voucher to shop online. Enter @MyChaos and @MyWeeView http://bit.ly/kSWtPH {Cdn only}
i have shopped on line a couple of times and it is stressful, even after you receive your package there is that little voice that says i wish i hadnt shared my credit card with a ‘virtual stranger’. My daughter shops on line ALL THE TIME uniforms,books, jewelery, presents, even cakes! it’s easier for her since she works and goes to school she can shop at 2am and the choices are endless, we live in a fairly small city so the internet opens a whole new mall for her as well. A 3v Visa card is the perfect gift solution for everyone, for anyone like me (nervous about buying on line) and her (loves shopping on-line and doesnt want to be limited to just one site).

I prefer to gift Visa cards because the recipient has their choice of what to get, rather than me guessing.
I would prefer to give a 3V visa because some people (my husband) like unique and unusual gifts that are often hard to find (for me) and it is often hit and miss with gift purchases.
