I got a $100 Old Navy gift certificate to shop for Summer Play clothes for my kids {to facilitate this post}. Off we went to our local Old Navy store and we had a blast shopping! For Summer 2011 they have some bright and colorful clothing and accessories available.

There are so many clothes in the 30% off Baby & Toddler Summer Collection, all of them adorable and inexpensive. For my twin toddlers, they had various shorts, t-shirts and tanks for $6 each {when you buy 2 or more}, and for the older kids aged 6-14, their same fashions are $7 each {when you buy 2 or more}. They have basics solids as well as bright prints, many ways to match and create a cute outfit for summer.

My favorite find for my oldest daughter {aged 6} is the shorts and tees. The Girls French Terry Fold-Over Shorts are a great find, fitting well and having a cute fold down drawstring waist. These will be great for summer play as well as wearing to her tumbling class. These are a steal at $7 each, you can get a whole summer outfit for $14!

For the Twins {aged 2}, my favorite find is the Smocked Linen-Blend Rompers. These are awesome one-piece outfits available in bright and colorful prints. Not only are they just adorable, they were just $10 each {with the 30% sale}. They fit so nicely and have plenty of room to run, jump and play.

We had fun shopping for summer play clothes, and we walked out with a lot of summer fashions for just $100. For my oldest daughter we got 3 outfits, 2 pairs of flip-flops {only $3 each when you buy 2 or more}, and a pair of sunglasses. For the twins, I got 3 outfits and a tank top
{the rompers aren’t shown in this photo – since I still can’t get them to take the rompers off}.

Here we are leaving the Old Navy store, the twins wearing their favorite new summer play rompers – straight to the playground for some play.
