This past weekend was May Long Weekend in Canada. We spent the day at the family farm – fun on the trampoline, visiting the cows, tractor and quad rides, a huge family and friends dinner and quiet walks along the country roads. It was the most blissful and quiet day, enjoying the sun and calmness that only the country can bring. What a great start to summer 2011!

Gorgeous farm. I think it’s so good for kids to experience farm life once in a while. Someday I would love to own a little hobby farm with chicks and a cow and maybe some sheep or goats, and a horse.
