The Play-Doh Sesame Street Shape & Spin Elmo has two fun play modes. In mode 1, Elmo helps your child identify shapes and then counts them as your child makes them. In mode 2, Elmo prompts your child to make various shapes. Together, they’ll have lots of fun creating PLAY-DOH triangles, circles and more. Test your learnings by matching up shapes to the playmat and then go back to giggles galore while playing with your Elmo character!

The Play-Doh Sesame Street Shape & Spin Elmo includes 2 “AAA” batteries required for this set {‘Ya’ for being included!}. Though this set is intended for ages 3 and up, my twins {at 2.5} have a blast. Not only do they love playing with Play-Doh, but they also have one mad-crush on Elmo. So, it was a hit right off the bat, especially when they heard him talk. At their age, they are just starting to get into shapes and sorting – so this has been the perfect toy for them to use. As well, having different colors of Play-Doh helps them learn their colors as well. For my oldest daughter, who is 6 – this set allows her to practice the ‘harder’ shapes such as pentagon and hexagon, so it was nice to see that she didn’t find it too easy. She has just as much fun with this set as the Twins do!
