Nosilla Organics | Review & Giveaway

When I find a great Canadian online specialty store, I really tend to back them 100% {go Canada!}. This is the case with British Columbia based Nosilla Organics, they provide fabulous organic clothing for babies and toddlers. Their eco-friendly clothing is 100% Certified Organic Cotton, and is Fair Trade Certified; and they are proudly the first company in North America that produced a line of Certified Organic baby clothing which carried the Fair Trade Certified Logo! Nosilla Organics stands behind their clothing and makes certain that 100% of the people behind the brand in any degree is treated and paid fairly.

As for the baby and toddler clothing to be found at Nosilla Organics, I am drawn to their selection for the mix and match possibilities. There is plenty in bold prints as there is neutral and ‘go with anything’ tones. I like this aspect not only for the choices as a consumer, but for the respect that tastes are different and that one store can really suit any preference.

For review, I chose the Black and White Button Dress. I really adore the black and white floral pattern, since finding basic colors for babies and toddlers is hard to come by! This sleeveless dress has an empire waist and looks so cute on it’s own, or with leggings and a tee {as it’ll be worn for the winter months}. My Twins love the shape of this dress, always twirling and dancing about while wearing it. And, they never tug or pull at it at all, so it’s very comfortable for them. I like that it’s super soft, gentle on their sensitive skin and so unique in design and color. As you can tell, there are so many options when matching this dress with an undershirt or leggings. I think it’s adorable!!

If you think this print looks familiar, it’s because I chose the same print for my 2009 Nosilla review. And know what? My girls still wear this 3/4 Sleeve Empire Tunic Black & White Floral top to this day! Not only does it still fit them a year later {the 3/4 sleeves were full sleeves then, yet it wasn’t at all baggy looking at the time}, but it’s certainly been washed and worn almost 100 times from the use between the two of them, and is still soft and looks new. For all the reasons mentioned above, plus for the amazing quality, I am happy to include Nosilla in my Holiday Gift Guide for 2010.
