Melt It Off! Exercise DVD with Mitch Gaylord

by Tammi on 09/08/2010 · 334 comments

When it comes to workout DVD’s, I have tried them all. I’m not saying that they aren’t great resources to staying fit and losing weight, but I have so many because I like variety in my workouts. The Melt It Off! program is created by Olympic Gold Medalist Mitch Gaylord. It’s a complete new workout program combining a meal plan with the exercise DVD. It’s designed to help you melt off pounds and inches.

www.myorganizedchaos.net,

The Melt It Off! program combines the 3 Day Melt It Off! Kick Start {nutritional guide} with two 3-Day meal plans with shopping lists – one for women and one for men. The meal plans are realistic and doesn’t limit food groups. After the 3 Day Kick Start, the guide outlines a 7-Day meal plan, complete with shopping lists. There is also spaces to record your own progress for reference and for motivatation.

The exercise potion of the program is a DVD which has 4 Complete Workouts, all created by Mitch. Key to the exercise DVD is the included 2lb weighted ball called the G-Ball, which resembles a mini basketball. I haven’t taken a kettle bell class before {I’m very curious but also very terrified to try – in public}, yet I do believe this may be similar to that very popular class. Except this owww.myorganizedchaos.net,ne can be done in the comforts of home, and costs a lot less. Though the workouts target all areas of the body, and very effectively at that {ouch!}, exercising with the weighted ball really engages the core muscles. Once you have mastered the movements with the 2lb ball, there are 4 and 6 pound G-Ball that you can purchase as well. I find that when using the ball, my movements are more regulated and I stay in check with my posture more effectively. The DVD is very easy to follow and it’s too slow or fast paced. Overall, this is a great program to try, I am quite hooked!

The workouts on the DVD are:

  • Cardio Burn & Sculpt
  • Sizzlin’ Abs
  • High Calorie Melt
  • Melt In 10

You can order Melt It Off! with Mitch Gaylord from 3daymelt.com, for just two payments of $9.99 plus shipping and handling. This is a very reasonable price! There is also a 30-day money back guarantee so if you don’t like the workouts, just send it back. I like this feature since I have purchased many exercise DVD’s in stores and found they weren’t for me, yet stores don’t allow opened DVD returns. There’s always comfort in knowing that you have a choice as a consumer!

If you’d like to see more about the program, watch this video:

Would you like to try this program for yourself? One reader is going to get the Melt It Off! set which includes: The G-Ball, The Melt It OFF Program Guide {meal plans, recipes and a calendar to track progress}, 3 Day Melt It OFF Kick Start guide, and the Melt It OFF Workout DVD.

I’d like to try the Melt It Off! program because as an ex gymnast, and gymnatics coach, I was always a fan of Mitch Gaylord. Now, I have 2 kids, no time to go to the gym, and in need of a good home exercise program.
