When it comes to workout DVD’s, I have tried them all. I’m not saying that they aren’t great resources to staying fit and losing weight, but I have so many because I like variety in my workouts. I find that when using the ball, my movements are more regulated and I stay in check with my posture more effectively. The DVD is very easy to follow and it’s too slow or fast paced. Overall, this is a great program to try, I am quite hooked!

After having the twins (which gave me a grand total of 5 kids), I can’t seem to get this extra weight to even thaw, much less melt. I’d LOVE to win this and give it a shot! It seems like a really well-thought out program, with common sense advice and workouts that are manageable for my very busy life. I also love the meal plans that are included. Anything to simplify my day is a HUGE blessing….
