Lays Chip Trips | Experience Canada and Save Through Fall and Winter

It certainly has been a fun summer for collecting and using points from Lays. The Chip Trips promotion has been a valuable asset for my family, to save when traveling in Alberta. Alas, it wasn’t the year for us to venture too far from our province, so I hope some of you had an opportunity to use points and save at restaurants, lodging and attractions all across Canada. Yet, don’t think the end of my own Chip Trips Chronicles means that the fun saving has to end! You can use your Lays Chip Trip points until December 31st. So, for those that love to Ski or take their trips in the Fall and Winter months – make sure to look to Lays to save money!

For instance, we are planning a trip to Banff soon. We actually live very close to this very popular destination and usually visit at least a few times a year. Yet, we have been waiting until the Twins are older to take them to see the beautiful scenery in Banff. I do think this Fall our time will come to go back {I have missed it so much!}. Thanks to the points I have collected with Lays Chip Trips, we can save a ton on our trip to Banff. For instance, even though we have taken a ride up the Gondola at Sulpher Mountain dozens of times, we do it each time we go. For just 10 points {what you’d find on one bag of chips}, a child can ride free with an adult admission. That is perfect!

Lake Minnewanka

We always stay the night when we go, and there are buy-one-night, get-one-night coupons too. Actually, there are lodging coupons for hotels all across Canada! For fun, we could use Lays Chip Trip points for a Brewster Sightseeing Tour, Minnewanka Lake Cruise {this lake is a must-see, by the way!}, and a BOGO child admission for the Columbia Icefield Glacier Experience {another must-do when in the area}. So, you can tell that our upcoming trip to Banff is going to cost a lot less for the family when using Lays Chip Trip points. It’s really that easy, yet do keep in mind that the coupons come in the mail so allow some time for delivery.
